Before DJ'ing I was a drummer...the rhythm has always been with me :) WHY DID YOU START DJING / INSPIRATION, WHAT GAVE YOU THE INITIAL PUSH: I went to a very famous NYC nightclub back in 1997 after I was released from the US Navy. I got in the "wrong" line, had the time of my life, pointed at the DJ (Danny Tenaglia) and said "That is what I want to do with my life"!

WHO ARE YOUR FAVOURITE DJ'S: DJ Harv, Carl Cox, Peter Rauhofer TOP 3 FAVOURITE TUNES OFF ALL TIME: "Lion Steps" - Timewriter, Cube Guys - "Chop", "Madagascar" - Art of Trance WHAT WAS THE FIRST TUNE YOU EVER BROUGHT: Donna Summer - "MacArthur Park Suite" Casabnlanca 12" Single OUT OF ALL OF YOUR TUNES, WHICH ONE "NEVER FAILS": "Once in a Lifetime (Playmaker Remix)" - Bionik Phunk DO YOU PRE PLAN YOUR SETS OR PLAY FOR THE CROWD: Both! I usually have a general feel for what the venue will bring and just tweak the set accordingly throughout the night based on dancer/spotter/clubber feedback! WHERE HAVE YOU PLAYED: Mostly USA - Florida, Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, NYC, Montreal, Canada, London, UK

IF YOU COULD PLAY ANYWHERE WHERE WOULD IT BE: DC-10 in Ibiza but it's closed :( WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO UP AND COMING DJS: Start on the best equipment you can afford. Never lose your sense of rhythm. "It's NOT all about YOU and what YOU want to hear all the time" Always take constructive criticism. Be humble when praised. Never, ever, take your venues and fans for granted! HOW DO YOU SEE THE MUSIC SCENE IN 5 YEARS AND WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN IT: Right now how we LISTEN to music is what is changing most. In 5 years we will have internet radio connected in our automobiles! In 5 years the clubs will truly be more amazing with more effects...we've got the sound tuned pretty good - I want to be on this next wave of technology so I plan to be along for the ride! ANYTHING ELSE? ANY SHOUTS? Thanks to all of my radioactive crew, supporters, fans, fellow DJ's - you all make it so worthwhile! IF YOU HAD A TIME MACHINE WHAT YEAR WOULD YOU GO TO AND WHY: 1984. So I could have started professionally dj'ing at age 18 instead of age 32!

IF YOU COULD DO OR BE ANYTHING ELSE WHAT WOULD IT BE: A successful club owner with a great ear for talent, a wonderful feel for the best vibes, an eye for the best looks and smiles all the time :) WHEN YOU WERE 12 WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP: A gynecologist. This is absolutely true! IF I CAME TO YOUR HOUSE AND WENT IN YOUR FRIDGE WHAT WOULD I FIND: Diet Coke, a pound of butter, some American Cheese, a few Bud Lights, Steak Sauce, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, some guava juice. A carrot with hair, an onion with a green horn :) Etc, etc!! 6 ITEMS YOU COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT: Love, Rhythm, Harmony, Electricity, Fresh Underwear, Tobacco :) AND FINALLY....... WHY SHOULD WE LISTEN TO YOU PLAY: Because I can fully educate you on new house music while you enjoy your body moving...dancing....bouncing...nodding around :) Because I am a DJ's DJ who has much respect for anyone who ever picked up a set of headphones and a couple cd's or vinyl's - together we can continue to keep Electronic Dance Music alive - not just in our hearts and minds but EVERYWHERE!!
